Reviewed November and December minutes and signed.
Signed revised LA-4, interim and LA-13 as well as signatures on Recap and LA-5.
Reviewed Motor Vehicle abatement and put on hold for further info on value.
Decision made not to go to the Consortium Meeting since they had not set an agenda.
Reviewed the confusion of ownership on Forest Road, letter to both parties explaining that since there is no deed filed or any other legal document that would change ownership, we must show the legal owners.
Discussed Jessica's meeting with Adam (overview attached).
"Improved exempts...why is the Library non existent?" This will have to be looked into; is there a reason for this or is an error? Jess will email Jackie.
Beginning Budget issues; Salaries, Computer.
Computer and CAMA upgrade, Jess is making phone calls to Kirsten at CAMA and Cartographics.
Opened and reviewed mail.
Reviewed and signed five motor vehicle abatements.
Meeting adjourned at 5:30 pm.
